Software Engineer

About Position:

We are seeking a Mid-Level Software Engineer with strong backend development experience in .NET and REST APIs to contribute to feature delivery and scalable service development. This role involves building high-quality API solutions, supporting MCP-related components, and working closely with senior engineers to ensure clean code, strong testing practices, and reliable production systems. The ideal candidate will bring solid development fundamentals, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset in an Agile environment.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain REST API endpoints using C# and ASP.NET Core
• Follow contract-first API design principles and ensure alignment with business logic
• Write unit tests and contribute to integration testing for improved code quality
• Participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies, and team discussions
• Assist in debugging, issue resolution, and performance validation
• Handson AWS or Azure Services implementation.
• Support production readiness activities including testing and deployment checks
• Work closely with senior engineers to improve design and implementation quality
• Ensure adherence to clean coding standards, documentation, and best practices
• Perform SQL development using SQL Server Management Studio
• Contribute to continuous improvement in development and QA processes

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong fundamentals in C#/.NET and experience with ASP.NET Core Web API development
• Good understanding of REST principles, JSON handling, and API error handling
• Basic knowledge of authentication concepts and API security fundamentals
• Familiarity with Open API specifications and automated testing concepts
• Experience in writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server and query development
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile development practices
• Good communication and collaboration skills
