Qualification: BE\B. Tech, ME\M.Tech Computer Science or related field preferred.

Experience Range: 4 to 6 Years

Roles Responsibilities:

Collaborate with system engineers to review requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure testability.
Develop structured test plans and test analyses, aligning them with system and software requirements.
Define and maintain a requirements-to-test traceability matrix to ensure full coverage.
Create test cases in simulated environment, according to the Test Analysis.
Establish best practices and frameworks for structured testing across teams.
Communicate with requirement owners and team members along the way.
5+ years of experience preferred in system or software testing in complex domains (automotive, robotics, aerospace, industrial).
Strong knowledge of requirements engineering and ability to structure requirements for testability.
The person performing this work should be an experienced tester who is used to challenging the product in trying to prove that a requirement is not fulfilled.
Experience with structured test analysis techniques (e.g., equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis, scenario-based testing).
The person has worked with automated testing and understands the principles of CI/CD development
The person has some experience from coding in .yaml, working in Jira and working in Gitlab.
Programming basics experience in Python, C++, or a similar language

Good to Have:

Experience in autonomous systems or robotics systems.
Knowledge of safety and quality standards (ISO 26262, ISO 21448, ISTQB, or similar).
Familiarity with model-based systems engineering (MBSE).
Exposure to simulation tools and system test environments.
Communicative and willing to ask questions whenever they are needed.
