Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer with strong expertise in Python backend development, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI application development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade AI solutions integrated with enterprise systems and business workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate enterprise LLMs into business applications and workflows.
• Design and develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines connected to internal and external data sources.
• Build AI agents and intelligent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and similar technologies.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Integrate AI services into web applications and microservices architectures.
• Work with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, or equivalent solutions.
• Implement prompt engineering strategies, response optimization techniques, and AI guardrails.
• Deploy and manage AI solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI-powered solutions.

Required Skills

• 3.8+ years of experience in Python Backend Development and AI Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming and API development.
• Hands-on experience with LLM integration, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG architectures.
• Experience developing and deploying production-grade applications.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and cloud deployment.
• Knowledge of software design patterns, REST APIs, and backend best practices.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Good to Have

• Experience in Banking or Financial Services domains.
• Exposure to AI agent frameworks and orchestration tools.
• Basic frontend/web application integration knowledge.
• Experience with MLOps tools, monitoring, and model lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
