Job Summary:

Provides technical inputs of the plan, design, development of software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products. This role is ideal for a hands-on technologist who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building robust engineering foundations in the tech ecosystem.

Job Responsibilities:

Independently designs, develops, tests and delivers high quality software/solutions. Provides direct estimates, such as time, percentage of project completion, etc. to lead and/or manager.
Researches and resolves reported systems software problems efficiently and accurately while adhering to internal software management standards and procedures.
Coordinates the technical work of a small project team. Plans and schedules tasks for projects and individuals.
Maintains detail knowledge of software, underlying network and system software, and dependencies.
Provides guidance and subject matter expertise to the development organization.
Perform other duties as assigned
Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job:

Bachelors degree in computer science or related field or equivalent software development experience.
3+ years software development experience.
Strong expertise in Java languages and programming.
Deep understanding of microservices architecture , RESTful APIs , and event-driven systems .
Extensive hands-on experience in building responsive and dynamic user interfaces using Angular or equivalent front-end frameworks.
Experience with at least one of the cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Tanzu, etc)
Solid knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with DevOps practices , CI/CD pipelines , and Observability tools . (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
Ability to collaborate with a global team and work with attention to detail & multitask under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience needed for the job:

Experience working with Indian and global engineering teams.
Exposure to fintech, e-commerce, SaaS, or enterprise platforms.

Work Environment:

Standard Work Environment
Majority time spent on PC (Phys. Req.)
Travel required, may be domestic or international
