Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.

Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project objectives and technical strategies.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.

Strong experience in designing and developing custom software solutions within cloud environments.

In-depth knowledge of modern software development frameworks and agile methodologies.

Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical designs.

Experience with integration of cloud-based applications and data management.

Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing software performance to ensure reliability and scalability.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
