Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables effectively.

Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools.

Experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.

Ability to design and implement scalable software components that meet business requirements.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in OpenText ECM Tools.

This position is based at our Pune office.
