Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.

Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.

Strong knowledge of production planning processes and discrete manufacturing principles.

Experience in customizing and enhancing SAP modules to meet specific business requirements.

Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.

Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow between SAP and other enterprise systems.

Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within production planning environments.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.


Qualification 15 years full time education
