Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.

Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Spring Boot.

Strong experience in developing scalable and maintainable backend services using Java and Spring Boot framework.

In-depth knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation.

Familiarity with database integration and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases.

Experience with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in distributed environments.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot.

This position is based at our Mumbai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
