Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals.

Continuously evaluate and implement best practices to improve team productivity and software quality.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.

Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Experience in designing and implementing custom modules within enterprise software environments.

Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective resolutions.

Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow management across multiple platforms.

Excellent analytical skills to assess business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
