Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges that impact project delivery and quality.

Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and timelines.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.

Strong knowledge of production planning processes and discrete manufacturing workflows.

Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Familiarity with integration techniques and system customization within enterprise environments.

Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing production planning software components.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
