Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Environment Health and Safety.

Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.

Familiarity with modern programming languages and development tools relevant to custom software engineering.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Environment Health and Safety.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
