Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.

Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with business objectives.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Profitability & Performance Mgt PaPM.

Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to design and implement scalable software components using modern frameworks.

Skilled in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing application performance.

Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Profitability & Performance Mgt PaPM.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
