Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with Utilities Retail.

Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to design and implement custom software components tailored to business needs.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues.

Familiarity with integration of software modules within larger enterprise systems.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
