Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the implementation of best practices and coding standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.

Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.

Experience with back-end development using .Net technologies and related frameworks.

Familiarity with database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases.

Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
