Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.

Strong experience in designing and implementing custom solutions within SharePoint Online environments.

Ability to work with modern development frameworks and tools to create scalable and maintainable software components.

Experience in integrating SharePoint Online with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative software development practices.

Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing software performance in cloud-based environments.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
