Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Service Integration and Management (SIAM).

Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and lifecycle management.

Experience with integration frameworks and tools to ensure seamless communication between diverse systems.

Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.

Familiarity with agile practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering maintainable and scalable software.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Service Integration and Management (SIAM).

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
