Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer/ BMaaS Engineer, you will engaged to design, implement, and maintain scalable bare metal infrastructure platforms. Required strong expertise in DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, and CI/CD integrations, with hands-on experience in bare metal provisioning platforms such as Metalsoft. You will be involved in problem-solving and innovation, ensuring that the software solutions are tailored to the unique needs of the organization and its clients.


Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and manage Bare Metal as a Service (BMaaS) infrastructure.

Implement and maintain automated bare metal provisioning using Metalsoft or similar platforms.

Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform in GCP

Automate configuration management using Ansible.

Develop automation scripts and tools using Python.

Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and integrate them with downstream platforms.

Collaborate with Cloud, DevOps, and Platform Engineering teams to enable infrastructure scalability.

Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, and deployment issues.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in GCP DevOps

Experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code development)

Strong understanding of Python (automation scripting and tooling)

Familiarity with Ansible (configuration management)

Bare metal provisioning platforms (Metalsoft preferred)

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in GCP DevOps.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
