Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve productivity and quality.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.

Strong experience in developing scalable and maintainable web applications using Java technologies.

Familiarity with front-end frameworks and libraries to create responsive user interfaces.

Ability to work with databases and design efficient data models to support application functionality.

Experience in integrating third-party services and APIs to enhance application capabilities.

Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
