Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Ariba.

Strong experience in designing and developing custom software components within enterprise environments.

Ability to work with modern software development frameworks and agile methodologies.

Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues to maintain system integrity.

Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Competence in optimizing software performance and scalability.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Ariba.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
