Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development activities with organizational goals.
Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud.

Experience in developing and maintaining custom software solutions using SAP ABAP Cloud environment.

Strong understanding of cloud-based application development and integration techniques.

Ability to work with agile development methodologies and modern software frameworks.

Familiarity with debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization in SAP ABAP Cloud.

Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end software solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Cloud.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
