Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software development processes.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals and deliverables.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely resolution of technical challenges.

Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional.

Strong knowledge of customer relationship management processes and workflows.

Experience in customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules to meet business needs.

Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.

Familiarity with integration techniques between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other enterprise systems.

Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving functional issues within CRM environments.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional.

This position is based at our Pune office.
