Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team to optimize workflows and technical approaches. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).

Strong experience in object-oriented programming and software design principles.

Familiarity with modern development frameworks and agile software development practices.

Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Experience with debugging, testing, and performance optimization of software applications.

Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).

This position is based at our Pune office.
