Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Support the evaluation and adoption of new technologies that can improve software development outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.

Experience in designing and implementing data models that optimize performance and scalability.

Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and integration techniques.

Ability to work with complex data structures and transform business requirements into technical solutions.

Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and collaborative tools.

Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to data modeling and system integration.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.

This position is based at our Pune office.
