Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery timelines.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and technical approaches.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

Experience with object-oriented programming concepts and modularization techniques within SAP environments.

Strong knowledge of database design and optimization specific to HANA systems.

Ability to develop and maintain custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements using SAP ABAP.

Familiarity with agile software development practices and tools to support iterative delivery.

Competence in debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting complex software issues.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
