Your role will also include problem-solving and decision-making to optimize the software development process and improve overall efficiency.


Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance skill development.

Analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications for implementation.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in ServiceNow Now Assist.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.

Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues effectively.

Familiarity with agile project management tools and practices.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Now Assist.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
