Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.

Ensure the quality and performance of software components through rigorous testing and debugging.

Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of software design and development processes.

Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Virtual Agents.

Experience in designing and implementing conversational interfaces and automated response systems.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to integrate virtual agent solutions with existing enterprise systems and APIs.

Familiarity with debugging, testing, and optimizing virtual agent performance.

Capability to analyze user interactions and improve virtual agent responses for enhanced user experience.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Virtual Agents.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
