As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to specific requirements. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical aspects, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions align with business needs. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and continuous improvement of the application landscape, while serving as the main liaison for all technical queries and updates related to the software development process.


Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.

Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software components by following best practices and standards.

Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and understanding.

Continuously monitor and optimize application performance to meet evolving business demands.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP for Utilities CRM, SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

Strong knowledge of software design principles and application configuration within SAP environments.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP for Utilities CRM.

Experience in integrating SAP modules and customizing solutions to meet client-specific requirements.

Familiarity with database management and performance tuning in SAP systems.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP for Utilities CRM.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
