As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. This role requires engaging with various project components to ensure that software solutions align with organizational goals. The workday often includes collaborating with different teams to integrate application features seamlessly and adapting configurations to meet evolving requirements, ensuring that the final product supports efficient business operations and user satisfaction.


Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.

Document application configurations and development processes to support knowledge sharing.

Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting.

Experience with scripting and automation to streamline application deployment and maintenance.

Familiarity with debugging and performance tuning in Unix environments.

Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for application customization.

Understanding of software development lifecycle and version control systems.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Unix Shell Scripting.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
