Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.

Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance performance and maintainability.

Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.

Experience with integrating AI-driven agents into existing workflows to automate and optimize business processes.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to design modular and reusable software components for complex systems.

Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance tuning of integrated software solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
