Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.

Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance performance and maintainability.

Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.

Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in PTC Windchill.

Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Experience in customizing and extending enterprise software applications.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within software systems.

Familiarity with integration techniques and working with APIs to connect different software components.

Good understanding of version control systems and collaborative development tools.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in PTC Windchill.

This position is based at our Pune office.
