Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.

Maintain and improve existing software applications by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes.

Document software designs, processes, and code to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing within the team.

Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions using modern programming frameworks.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development environments.

Good communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in OpenText ECM Tools.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
