Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

Ensure the quality and performance of applications through thorough testing and validation.

Document application designs and configurations to support maintenance and future enhancements.

Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP for Utilities CRM.

Experience in customizing and configuring SAP for Utilities CRM modules to meet business needs.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP for Utilities CRM.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.


Qualification 15 years full time education
