Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards.

Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to enhance efficiency and quality.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

Strong experience in designing and implementing custom software components using SAP ABAP within HANA environments.

Ability to work with modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver scalable solutions.

Skilled in debugging, performance tuning, and optimizing ABAP code for high efficiency.

Experience in integrating SAP ABAP solutions with other enterprise systems and applications.

Familiarity with database concepts and data modeling relevant to SAP HANA.

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
