Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to coding standards within the team.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.

Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Spring Boot.

Strong experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Familiarity with database design and integration using relational and non-relational databases.

Experience in implementing security best practices within software applications.

Ability to work with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

Good understanding of cloud platforms and containerization technologies.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot.

This position is based at our Mumbai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.Qualification 15 years full time education
