Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and resolve complex technical challenges within projects.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Critical Incident Management.

Strong problem-solving abilities to address and mitigate critical incidents effectively.

Experience in coordinating incident response and recovery processes.

Ability to analyze system failures and implement preventive measures.

Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration during incident resolution.

Capability to work under pressure and manage multiple incidents simultaneously.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Critical Incident Management.

This position is based at our Mumbai office.
