Software Engineer - Production Support
Required Technical Skills
- Experience with .NET applications
- Basic experience with Python for troubleshooting
- Advanced SQL skills (queries, joins, indexes, stored procedures)
- Familiarity with ITIL practices (incident, problem, and change management)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously
Key Responsibilities
- Provide software or production support for applications
- Troubleshoot integration issues, and third-party services
- Coordinate with development teams for bug resolution and enhancements
- Analyze logs, monitor system performance, and perform debugging
Location: Mysore
Shift: Night Shift Support or Mid Shift Support
