Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.


Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and experience applying them in SAP environments.

Experience with performance optimization techniques specific to SAP HANA databases.

Ability to design and implement complex custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements within SAP systems.

Familiarity with agile software development practices and tools to support iterative delivery.

Competence in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues in SAP applications.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

This position is based at our Mumbai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
