Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.

Strong knowledge of system architecture and infrastructure management related to SAP environments.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within enterprise software systems.

Ability to optimize system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of applications.

Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline administrative tasks and deployments.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.

This position is based at our Mumbai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
