Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in ALIP Development.

Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to custom software development.

Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.

Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance optimization techniques.

Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ALIP Development.

This position is based at our Mumbai office.

A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
