Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, code, and enhance various components across systems or applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in software development practices.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Talend Big Data.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with Apache Kafka, Test Automation Strategy, Spring Application Framework.

Strong understanding of data integration and transformation processes.

Experience with cloud-based data solutions and architectures.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
code reviews, unit testing / TDD / BDD Cucumber and X-ray for Jira, integration testing.
Apache Camel , Spring Framework:
DevOps tools:

Artifact Management: Familiarity with Nexus, JFrog Artifactory or similar tools.

CI/CD Pipeline tools: Experience with Jenkins and Gitlab CI/CD or ArgoCD.

- This position is based at our Mumbai office. Working from office 5 day from Client Location Airoli

A 15 years full time education is required.

This position requires minimum of 8 years of relevant experiences in Java test automation, ideally in a banking environment.

Collaboration with Technical Lead: Work closely with the Technical Lead to develop detailed technical specifications / technical design / Automation & Performance test frameworks Software engineering/Test Automation engineering:

Estimate the cost of development and Implement solutions in line with requirements / user stories (in accordance with development standards and Tech Lead recommendations).
