Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and deliverables effectively.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter.

Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies including agile and iterative approaches.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems and provide effective solutions.

Familiarity with integration techniques and working knowledge of related software components.

Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter.

This position is based at our Mumbai office.

A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
