Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Software Development & Maintenance
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
Develop web and/or mobile applications based on project requirements.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, and deployment.
Maintain and enhance existing applications by adding new features and improving performance.
2. Bug Fixing & Troubleshooting
Identify bugs and performance issues in existing systems.
Debug applications and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues.
3. Collaboration & Teamwork
Work closely with senior developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers.
Participate in team meetings, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups (Agile methodology).
Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
4. Testing & Quality Assurance
Write and execute unit tests and assist in integration testing.
Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Follow quality assurance processes to deliver bug-free software.
5. Version Control & Code Management
Use version control systems like Git to manage and track code changes.
Maintain proper branching strategies and commit practices.
Collaborate on shared repositories and resolve merge conflicts.
6. Code Reviews & Best Practices
Participate in peer code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.
Follow coding standards, documentation practices, and development guidelines.
Continuously improve coding skills through feedback and mentoring.
Preferred candidate profile
Educational Qualification
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
(B.E., B.Tech, MCA, or equivalent)
Technical Skills
Programming Languages
Proficiency in at least one language such as:
Java
Python
React Js
Node Js
Frameworks & Technologies
Frontend: React, Angular, or similar frameworks
Backend: Node.js, Django, Spring Boot, or equivalent
Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
Database Knowledge
Basic understanding of relational and non-relational databases:
MySQL
MongoDB
Additional Preferred Skills (Optional)
Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to testing frameworks or automation tools
