Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Proficiency in SAP for Retail.

Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Experience in designing and implementing custom software solutions within retail environments.

Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP modules with other systems.

Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing software performance to meet high standards.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP for Retail.

This position is based at our Kolkata office.
