Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.

Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges to maintain timelines and quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Openlink Endur.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with Openlink Endur Functional.

Strong knowledge of software design principles and application configuration techniques.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues effectively.

Experience working with business process integration and application customization.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Openlink Endur.

This position is based at our Kolkata office.

A 15 years full time education is required.Qualification 15 years full time education
