Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve productivity and code quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft FED ReactJS.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with JavaScript, Node.js.

Strong knowledge of front-end development principles and component-based architecture.

Experience in building responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern web technologies.

Ability to optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues.

Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft FED ReactJS.

This position is based at our Kolkata office.
