Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of software development with business goals.

Facilitate effective communication channels between technical and non-technical teams to promote transparency and shared understanding.
Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.

Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within manufacturing execution systems.

Familiarity with integration of MES with other enterprise systems and databases.

Competence in performance optimization and code quality assurance.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.

This position is based at our Kolkata office.

A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
