The engineer actively participates in refining software architecture and contributes to continuous improvement efforts, ensuring that solutions align with evolving business requirements and operational goals.


Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project objectives and resolve technical challenges.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.

Experience with identity and access management solutions and their integration within enterprise environments.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to design and implement custom workflows and connectors within identity management platforms.

Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools to enhance system functionality.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to identity governance.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.

This position is based at our Jaipur office.
