Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with business objectives.

Proficiency in Oracle CCB Technical Architecture.

Strong knowledge of software design principles and architectural patterns related to Oracle Customer Care and Billing systems.

Experience in developing and integrating custom modules within complex enterprise environments.

Ability to analyze system requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern software development frameworks.

Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing software components to improve system performance.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle CCB Technical Architecture.

This position is based at our Indore office.

A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
