As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications tailored to meet project requirements. This role requires acting as the main liaison for project stakeholders, coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous collaboration to align technical solutions with business objectives, while overseeing the progress and quality of the application development lifecycle.


Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the planning and execution of project tasks to ensure timely delivery.

Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and resolve challenges.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.

Experience in data governance processes and master data management principles.

Strong knowledge of application configuration and customization within SAP environments.

Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP MDG with other enterprise systems.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
