Primary Responsibilities

Application Development & Delivery
- Design, develop, test, and support enterprise applications
- Deliver assigned user stories, enhancements, features, and defect fixes within committed timelines
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Participate in sprint planning, grooming, development, testing, deployment, and support activities
- Ensure high-quality code through testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices
Technical Contributions
- Participate in technical design and solution discussions
- Contribute to platform enhancement and modernization initiatives
- Troubleshoot application and production issues
- Identify opportunities for automation, performance improvement, and technical debt reduction
- Support platform stability, reliability, and operational excellence efforts
Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and Engineering teams
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies
- Communicate progress, blockers, risks, and dependencies proactively
- Collaborate effectively across distributed teams

Required Qualifications

BTech
5+ years of software engineering experience
Experience developing enterprise applications using Java and React
Experience working with Microservices Architecture
Experience with MongoDB and MySQL
Experience with Kafka and/or RabbitMQ
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Solid debugging and troubleshooting experience
